Zinc alloy is a metal die-cast material, with higher density in finished products, giving a noticeable heavy feel when held.

In terms of appearance and craftsmanship, zinc alloy can support deep relief carvings with sharp and clear patterns, and can be plated in various colors like rose gold, bright gold, and antique bronze, with a full and delicate surface shine. Tapping the part produces a crisp, heavy metallic sound.

The processing method is die-casting, providing high overall structural strength, allowing for large, three-dimensional, complex shapes such as casket crosses and swing handles. It is suitable for plating processes and is not prone to deformation.

PP, or polypropylene, is a thermoplastic. It's lightweight, feels soft when held, and sounds dull when tapped.

Simple Tip to Differentiate: For parts of the same size, zinc alloy weighs much more than PP plastic. You can slightly bend PP parts to test toughness, but the hard zinc alloy base can’t bend and will break if too much force is applied.

It is only suitable for economical basic coffins with short-term delivery, rapid local circulation, and no long-term storage needs. Note: Recycled parts have insufficient weather resistance and are not recommended for long-distance export orders across oceans, as they are prone to cracking and fading during transportation and storage; At the same time, it is necessary to confirm the environmental testing standards for materials in advance to avoid failing overseas customs clearance audits.
